Peter Seldon

Chairman

Peter has achieved considerable success in his career, having held senior level positions with ICT companies including Olivetti, Honeywell Systems (Groupe Bull) and ICL until 1982 when he left to start his own business,  Microplan.

The company grew revenues to £16M+ pa and 125 staff, focusing on the integration of PCs and Novell networks to mainframe computers.  A broadening relationship with Microsofts and their LAN Manager & NT product in the nineties precipitated the leveraged MBO of the hardware and maintenance divisions of the company in 1994, and the creation of a new company, Serverware Group plc, which specialised in the development of enterprise scale system management products for the emerging Windows NT environment.  This culminated in the sale of Serverware’s real time eventing product ‘Operations Manager’ to NetIQ. The product was then acquired subsequently by Microsoft and is now known at Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM).

 

Serverware then developed Enterprise Configuration Manager (ECM), which was acquired by Configuresoft where Peter was invited to join the Board of Directors.  In 2009 Configuresoft was acquired by EMC.

 

Peter is a true entrepreneur and a highly respected mentor to the management team at Conjungo.

 

 

Ben Weiner

Chief Executive Officer

Ben has 25 years’ senior level experience in IT and Communications, working with some of the world's largest and notable technology and solutions vendors. He has held senior level positions with Fujitsu ICL, BT and Digital (DEC). He also served as Vice President with Top Layer Networks Inc, where he started EMEA operations growing the company to a multimillion-dollar organisation in less than three years.

 

More latterly Ben was recruited as Director of Sage Software Plc, the fifth largest global software company, successfully managing and growing their sales and operations across the Globe. He has also been the CEO of X-Sellerate which are a technology incubator helping Far Eastern and US technology companies identify new routes into European markets.

 

Ben's broad experience includes marketing, sales and operations as well as 'start-up and turnaround' - helping companies that need to change direction or achieve major step changes in growth.  He has vast international exposure for both direct and indirect channel models, focusing on global expansion strategies and holds an Honours Degree in Economics.

 

 

Gill Buley

Channel Sales & Marketing Director - EMEA

Gill has over 25 Years experience across all areas of the ITC Channel, B2B and B2C, with commercial understanding of the different challenges facing vendors, distributors, value added Resellers, systems integrators, and systems assemblers.

 

She has held senior level management roles: ITC Vendor Relationships Manager, Channel Relationships Manager, Marketing Communications Manager.  She has a wealth of knowledge in Online Marketing, Solution Selling and Software (SaaS) Business Development having worked for a company that consults ICT vendors on building Partner Programs, she comes from a multilingual, multicultural environment.

 

Gill spent 7-years as Senior Marketing Manager for Tech Data/Computer 2000, one of the largest global distributor where she built and executed vendor marketing programmes and won many awards and accolades.

 

Gill was appointed to the board to develop the Conjungo2Market platform and strategy, as she is passionate about demonstrating ROI.

 

Sarah Duce

Channel Marketing Manager - EMEA

Sarah brings more than 20 years B2B marketing expertise gained from roles within major IT organisations such as IBM and Tech Data, brand marketing automation software provider Elateral and online lead generation and email marketing publishers emedia (part of the Reed Group).

 

A comprehensive background in project and campaign management, channel programmes and co-branded marketing software systems, Sarah also brings specific expertise on email marketing, online lead generation and all aspects of digital and new media.

 

Sarah is a valuable asset to Conjungo and will help to support the company’s plans for expansion and campaign management within the new Conjungo2Market channel marketing platform.

 

 

Richard Geal

Finance Director & Company Secretary

Richard has substantial experience and expertise with his finance, legal and commercial background. He was involved in the original formation of Micro-P back in the early 1980’s.

 

Richard studied whilst with N M Rothschilds (Merchant Bankers) and appointed as FC of General Instruments CPD.  Richard has held senior Finance roles at companies including RUSS Berrie; Citizen Watch; KIDDE; Building Centre Group and Enterprising Futures (an Academy for Entrepreneurs).

 

 

Chris Boeree

Non-Exec Director

Chris has over thirty years experience within the media industry. He has worked within the Thomson Organisation during the latter part of its ownership of the Times and Sunday Times moving later to Morgan Grampian to help launch and develop B2B titles in the 80’s.

 

He co-founded BPL Business Media in 1991 and was Managing Director until 2004 when he became chairman. During his tenure at BPL he has been the appointed media advisor to the NASDAQ stock market (2001-4) with special responsibility for the NASDAQ 100 listed companies and has overseen the migration of BPL into an advanced multi channel media company serving the ICT sector.

 

Chris has in depth knowledge of the UK and EMEA ICT channels to market. In his role as a valuable member of the board, he provides expert advice and access to a powerful ICT knowledge base.  Chris is also Chairman of BPL Business Media Ltd.
